An order is considered confirmed when YMshoes has acknowledged and accepted the order and, where applicable, payment has been successfully received.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is an error in pricing, product availability, customer information, payment, or for other legitimate business reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be processed through the appropriate payment method.

Some YMshoes products may be made or prepared specifically according to a customer's selected size, colour, material, or other specifications.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order.

Because customised or made-to-order products are prepared specifically for the customer, they may be subject to different return or exchange conditions.

All prices displayed on the website are in Nigerian Naira (₦), unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods made available by YMshoes.

YMshoes reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

YMshoes aims to process and deliver orders within the timeframe communicated to the customer.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, product availability, order volume, courier operations, weather, security situations, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

YMshoes is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, courier issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where a product requires fixing because of an error attributable to YMshoes, we may provide a repair service at no additional service charge.

Where damage results from misuse, accidental damage, improper care, normal wear and tear, or circumstances unrelated to a manufacturing error, repair charges may apply.

All content on this website, including YMshoes logos, photographs, product images, graphics, text, designs, videos, trademarks, and other materials, belongs to YMshoes or is used with appropriate permission.
